We were very pleased.

Overall, for a room it was okay. The bathroom was very small and the toilet was wobbly, and only had a shower. On the second night, the wall light flickered after the switch was turned to off, for about 30 seconds. We were really pleased with our overall stay. The rooms are clean, it's close to the Navy Base and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would not stay there again. The hotel staff just ignored me when i tried to check in and the room was old and looked ran down compared to the rest of the hotel. The cold water from the sink was warm and cloudy. The iron and coffee pot were not there. The fixtures for them were there but not the items themselves. The TV was OK except it would hum when you were watching it and when you turned the volume up to be able to hear the program the humming got louder. ...read more

came to this hotel seeing that it had 2 stars but when i got here i was pleasently suprised that the staff was very attentive to fit my needs and keep the room clean.I kept on needing to extend my stay and the staff helped me do so at a reasonable rate.I will definetly return if I come back to the Naval base it is convenienlty located .5 miles from the base.They also have a shuttle to graduation. ...read more

Really scratchy toilet paper and tissues. Skimpy towels; no table and
small room.

Overall, this hotel was not that bad. The staff was quick, courteous, and efficient. The rooms were small, but large enough that we could effectively sleep and relax when we needed to; it wasn't a leisure experience, just a place to hunker down and sleep for the night. The area of the hotel, however, was somewhat of a wasteland; little development in a general mile radius, with a ghetto down a single block (our first night a policeman responded to a break-in to the restaurant next to the hotel), and while I was unloading our car, a group of travelers warned me that I needed to get *everything* out of my car, "because we got broken into last night, and it could happen just as easily to you."
